The subdivision lies between Gallows Road, and Idylwood near Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Our community is beautiful with well kept brick homes.

As with most Homeowners associations, we also have Covenants and Property Restrictions. They are included in all deeds for the property. The covenants are going to be monitored by the community through the Oak Pointe Homeowners Association (HWHA) Planning Committee. If you wish to add to or modify the exterior of your home, please fill out the "Application for Exterior Modification" form and mail it to PO Box 433, Dunn Loring, VA 22027. Any modification performed without the approved form, may be subject to costly removal at the homeowner's expense.

Oak Pointe Homeowners Association is a non-profit, non-political corporation incorporated in the State of Virginia. The organization is presided over by a board of directors.

ANNUAL DUES

Annual dues to the Oak Pointe Homeowners Association are $1248 per year. Dues are collected bi-yearly. You will receive your reminder in the mail and you are expected to pay within 10 days of receiving your reminder.. Send your check to the Treasurer at PO Box 433, Dunn Loring, VA 22027.

Children in Oak Pointe attend the Fairfax County public schools in Dunn Loring, and in Vienna, Virginia. They are:

• Stenwood Elentary with about 800 students (K-2)
• Kilmer Middle School with over 1700 students (7-8) and
• Marshall Highschool with about 2100 students (9-12)
